This amphitheater has concerts pretty much every weekend of the summer. As the date gets nearer, check their website to see who is playing. We have seen all kinds of shows from Foreigner, Kenny Chesney, Sublime, Jon Pardi and more at this venue.

For those of you who don't know, another big part of Bend culture is grabbing quick food and drinks at food truck lots. Podski is the most famous food truck lot and has a culturally diverse variety of food trucks. Additionally, across the street is the Box Factory, which contains other popular places such as Immersion Brewing, AVID Cider, a handful of other bars, all within easy walking distance of each other.

This world famous rock climbing State Park has amazing views at the peak. Arrive early in the morning to beat the crowd, and make sure to bring 5$ cash for parking. Smith Rock is about a 10 minute drive North of Redmond. Attempt the Misery Ridge trail if you consider yourself an avid hiker!
This casual State Park not only consists of a gorgeous waterfall, but also has a perfect area for picnics, leisurely floating in the Deschutes River and watching local wildlife. We loved bringing Gunnar here in the summertime.

Wild Ride has a solid selection of craft beer and is located in downtown Redmond. They typically have 4-5 food trucks (a huge Oregonian tradition) and is the most popular place for a refreshment in town any day of the week.

Sisters is an awesome little town about 15 miles East of Redmond and Bend. From boutique shopping to western saloons, Sisters is the perfect place for a trip on a trip!
