We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Invitations will be specific and will only include the names of those who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a parent’s night out on us! 



Central Oregon has an unlimited amount of things to do. We chose having our wedding here to share the sheer beauty of the area with our friends and family. Since this wedding falls on an extended weekend, it gives you the opportunity to spend a few extra days enjoying all there is where we live. Please see the "Things to Do" tab where we give some of our favorite recommendations. Feel free to reach out to us in advanced for any other additional recommendations.

We plan on celebrating our marriage with the tradition of floating the Deschutes River! The Deschutes river rental floats/shuttle can be reserved at the link below (or bring your own!). Make sure you reserve your float in advance! Rental reservations are opened closer to summer season online.

Please be at Riverbend Park at 12:00 Noon Sunday with your tubes ready to go. Gather as a group by the launch point and when Jake and Lisa float up, hop in the water to join!

We know a lot of our friends and family are coming in from out of state and it may be their first time in Oregon. The Redmond Airport (Robert's Field) is located near town and has multiple rental car services.

We expect that it will be sunny and in the 70-80 degree range. There is a chance that there could even be extreme heat nearing 95 degrees. Additionally, there is a chance that there may be forest fires in the state around this time and there is a chance that forest fire smoke may be present. However, the wedding will go on regardless!

We kindly encourage guests to wear semi-formal summer attire with neutral colors. (No jeans, neon colors or white please!)


Attendees will need to ensure that they have transportation to and from the wedding venue. Uber/ Lyft is available typically, but if you are driving please make sure to drink responsibly and have a plan to stay safe.

We are excited to provide non-alcoholic options as well as craft beer, wine and two signature cocktails chosen by Jake and Lisa.

Swig & Stone Pizza will be catering our event. There will be both meat and vegetarian woodfired pizzas as well as S'mores for dessert!
