The Bridal Party:

Maya Katherine-Lee Sims - Matron of honor . There is literally no one that has known the bride longer. Maya was the first of her siblings to find out about about her mothers unaccepted pregnancy. Maya had great hopes and dreams of the little sister who would do sewing and make quilts with her. She was mistaken. Instead she ended with up with the most tomboy of tomboy baby sisters that would rather make mud pies than play dress up. This is why Maya was chosen to be Matron of Honor. Jamila doesn't know anything about wedding planning, matching colors or any of this girlly nonsenses so she is forcing Maya to take over that aspect. If something looks wrong or ugly ... Maya did it.

Bridgette Massey - Bridesmaid 1/2 - Bridgette has been in the family for 17 years so Jamila only felt it right to have her other sister stand beside her on this day.

Amanda Vallow - Bridemaid 1/2 - Amanda and Jamila bonded over the years of working a terrible job together. On Amanda's last day of work Jamila intentionally did not participate in any going away events because she felt like that would solidify that she and Amanda wouldn't stay fiends/ keep in touch . This hurt Amanda but IT WORKED . You never have to have the tearful good bye if you always refuse to say goodbye

Grooms Men:

Cody Gillentine - Best Man.

Cody amd Chris met freshman year of highschool in a gym class that they both were doing some sort of sketchy shenanigans. Cody needed to get Chris' attention but only knew that his name started with a C, so he yelled out "HEY CORNBREAD!!" and this confused Chris somehow into a friendship, only to find out that they were basically neighbors and had the same interests in mechanics, anything with a motor, or anything that could be set on fire or blown up (the statute of limitations is up as of a few years ago). They spent their youth raisin' Hell, Praisin' Dale, and terrorizing the community of Hardy's Chapel, TN

Cory Kesty 1/2 Groomsmen

Cory and Chris met at a local punk rock show in Livingston, TN as teenagers. Both had their own bands and bonded over their shared interests in music production, working on cars, and starting mosh pits with unsuspecting emo kids... They would later start their own punk rock band along with Cody Pannell that was active in TN for over a decade.

Cody and Chris met at the same local punk rock show that Cory and Chris met at. Cody and Cory were in a two piece band playing the same gig Chris' band was playing. Cody would end up being a long time coworker of Chris' at Cooper Recycling bonding over talking about the ridiculous cast of characters that frequent a scrap metal yard while also playing in the same punk rock band as Cory and Chris for over a decade.
