Our reception's dinner will be served family-style. That means that every table will receive platters with multiple servings of every entree and side dish for you to pass around and share. The dishes will be replenished throughout dinner so everyone can taste everything!

Mesclun greens, honey dates, sliced pear, goat's cheese & toasted sunflower kernels with a maple-dijon vinaigrette
Served with pão de queijo -- brazilian cheese bread rolls
ENTREES
Cajun tiger shrimp & cheddar grits
Center-cut beef tenderloin served with a red wine demi-glace
Cider-infused chicken breast with roasted carrots, apples, and rosemary

Grilled potato wedges
Roasted broccoli with caramelized onion & garlic
