The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island was the site of the 2021 PGA Tour, and there are many amazing golf courses throughout Kiawah. We highly recommend our golf-fanatics to get a round in if they are able at one of the many fantastic courses on the island. Please note, if you are staying at a Sanctuary property under our room block there are discounted rates for The Ocean Course ($460). Please make sure to speak with someone in reservations to ensure you get that rate!

These full-service canvas beach chairs and umbrellas are set up each morning (available seasonally) by the Island Beach Service. Rentals are available to any boardwalk location (private or public) on Kiawah’s Beach, except for the County Park and beyond boardwalk 40. Kiawah is known for its extensive bike paths which encompass the entire island. Additionally, if you watch the tide schedule the beach is a great place to go for a ride. It stretches 10 miles from end to end. Various companies will deliver the bikes to your house/villa or can be rented directly through the resort. A bike ride is also a great way to see Kiawah!
