Kiawah Island is located approximately 35 miles from the Charleston Airport (appx. 55 minute drive). We recommend booking a car rental if you will be flying into the Charleston Airport, as there are not Ubers or Rideshares available once on the island. Alternatively, pre-arranging a ride to and from the island is recommended.

While not required, we recommend booking locations in the central part of the island, nearest to the Vanderhorst Plantation East Beach area.
