San Miguel is honestly a great city to just walk around and take in the different cathedrals, stop at some rooftop bars for drinks, and shop!
Activities:
-Aldama Street (is one of the most photographed and beautiful streets)
-Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel is a famous cathedral and is hard to miss, as it's in the center of the city
-Fabrica la Aurora
-Casa de Los Soles (wall filled with a ton of suns, right near fabric la aurora)
Rooftop Bars
-Quince
-La Azoteca
-La Unica
-Atrio
-The rooftop at Selina
-Rosewood (they have fireworks many nights and offer incredible views. Note that the drinks are more pricey here since it's a hotel)
*most rooftop bars are great lunch options too
Restaurants
-Inside Cafe for brunch or lunch (the best grilled cheeses ever) + highly reccomend their green mimosa. Ask to sit on the rooftop
-La Sacristía Patio + Cafe (breakfast & coffee)
-Bulla (great dinner options + rooftop music and drinks)
-The Restaurant (nicer spot for dinner)
-Lavanda Cafe (breakfast & coffee)
-Restaurante bar MAMA MIA
-Tostévere (best for groups of 4 or smaller)
Late Night
-El Tupinamba (casual bar with flamenco)
-DUKE (Club)
-Sai-Kó Nigiri Lounge (turns into a club with a DJ)
We did this one evening and had the best time! We learned about the city, while visiting multiple bars/restaurants and having some of the best tacos & margs.
Hot Springs located about 20 minutes outside of the city if you have extra time!
