It was the fall of 2010 when Colin and Jenny both flew to Tunis, Tunisia for the MAIS (Mediterranean Association of International Schools) annual conference. Jenny was attending as a teacher and Colin was working in international sales and marketing. Jenny was living in Morocco at the time and Colin was living in France. Colin's vendor table was set up near the hotel elevators at the conference so Jenny had to pass by often. After signing up for Colin's raffle and company mailing list, they began chatting and soon hit it off.

Their first date did not happen until December, when Jenny flew to France for a vacation. She spent a couple of days visiting Colin and their first date took place in Chamonix, where they spent time at the top of Mont Blanc.

For the next few years, Colin and Jenny became close friends and eventually started dating. Jenny had moved to Singapore so they endured a very long-distance relationship for a couple of years. Colin loved to visit Singapore as Jenny lived in a beautiful condo complex with several pools. :) After traveling to many countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland and Scotland together, they decided to both relocate so they could live in the same country. They chose Germany, which was a fantastic experience for both of them. A couple years later, they moved to Sudan and are now living in Zagreb, Croatia.
