After a week of playful texting, Jerry finally mustered up the nerve to ask Maisie out on a date. Jerry had been anxious all day. He woke up hours before his alarm, sifting through his closet in a frenzy, trying on at least six different outfits. A sleek, polished car like that made him wonder if Maisie was one of those posh girls who led a lavish lifestyle. He would later learn this impression couldn’t be further from the truth.
