Yes! The shuttle will pick up at 2:40pm sharp from Gateway Loop Whistler (Gate Way Dr, Whistler, BC V0N 1B4, Canada) to take everyone to the venue. There is parking at the venue but cars must be picked up the next morning before 10am.

Though we absolutely love kids, venue capacity is the limiting factor. Here is a reputable babysitting company in Whistler: https://babysittingwhistler.com/ Though not invited for the wedding, they are more than welcome to join for the welcome drinks and lake day parties!

The short answer is no if you fly into Vancouver. There are many shuttles from the Vancouver Airport to Whistler (see Travel page). Once in Whistler, basically everything is within walking distance and/or there is a free shuttle.

It depends. July 4th is usually when the weather turns from 'Junuary' to summer but we may still have some fog/rain. We'll be hoping for sun so please pack sunglasses and sunscreen as well as a rain coat to be prepared for all.
