Jessica and Jason's first high school marching band camp. We had spots on the field assigned next to each other for part of the show, allowing us to get to know each other better. Jessica still laughs at the time that Jason taped yard sticks to his knees to "practice his marching technique"

After several math classes and hundreds of hours of marching band together, Jessica and Jason attend junior prom together. They are the third couple in their four-couple prom group to get married

After playing over a hundred games of Words with Friends together, Jason (right) challenges Jessica (left) to an in-person game of Scrabble. Jessica beat Jason by one point. This would later be considered our first date

Jessica studies abroad in New Zealand and Australia, during which Jason would set alarms randomly throughout the night to text Jessica, claiming that he just happened to be awake. Jessica returned during the start of the pandemic, so dates were limited to sitting outside or in our garages

After dozens of dates at Braves games, Top Golf, bowling, and restaurants that went unphotographed, Jason and Jessica carve their first pumpkin together, which turned into an annual tradition

Jessica and Jason go to Panama City Beach together, their first vacation as a couple. This was Jason's first time at the beach, and judging by the location of our wedding, you can probably tell he was hooked!

Jessica teaches Jason how to ski in North Carolina. Once he practiced in the training area, Jason never fell on the real slopes!

Jessica and Jason adopt a kitten they fostered together. They first met Yeti when he was less than a pound, but he's grown so big!

Jason and Jessica travel to Oregon and watch their high school best friends get engaged

After Jason incorrectly identified a golden retriever as a dalmatian, it has been Jessica's goal to let Jason encounter as many animals as possible. Other animals that Jason has now held or pet include goats, sheep, cows, zebras, giraffes, llamas, bison, pigs, wildebeests, chickens, stingray, starfish, and various fish, some of which are found in the gallery below!

Jason and Jessica move to Cartersville together since it is a halfway point between Jessica's rotations in Rome and Jason's work in Brookhaven

Jason proposes to Jessica at Yosemite National Park during the most incredible (and strenuous) 7 mile hike. They are so excited to see where the rest of their lives take them!
