UPDATES

November 8th

We will be hosting a completely optional attendance get together at our hotel from 6:00-10:00pm on the 8th to hang out and watch the animals on the safari!

**UPDATE**
We will be located in the lounge. Once you enter, make a right after the gift shop. The lounge is then on your left hand side a little further down.

We are located at Animal Kingdom Lodge - KIDANI. (If you accidently go to Jambo, there's a shuttle bus between the two or it's a 10 minute walk.)

If you have not eaten dinner beforehand, Kidani has Sanaa To Go that you can order from the My Disney Experience app. Jambo house also has a quick service, The Mara. Both are very good. Time slots may run out as it gets later in the evening for mobile orders.

As of now, we are not providing food during this as we will need to see if we are able to get permission to do so. Please plan to eat before or to pickup food from a quick service location.


**FOR THOSE DRIVING**
You will need to tell security you are visiting guests at Kidani. Primary guest name is Eric Ness, room 7212.

November 10th ~Evening~

We will be watching the Magic Kingdom Happily Ever After Fireworks show from the Grand Floridian if you would like to join us!


Start time is 8:00 and we will be by Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian.

The Grand Floridian is on the monorail resort line from Magic Kingdom and Epcot or can be reached by bus from Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, or Disney Springs.

WEDDING DAY!

November 10th

**PLEASE NOTE THAT TIMES MAY CHANGE UP TO 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE**

BUS PICKUPS
Bus pickup times are:
4:30 for Animal Kingdom Lodge- Kidani
4:45 for Animal Kingdom Lodge- Jambo
4:45 for Pop Century
Pickup location is the main lobby of the hotels. They have requested that you be in the lobby 15 minutes prior to pickup time.

If you are driving over, let the security booth know you are there for a bus pickup for the Ness/Meals wedding and your parking is free. 

Please see the bottom of this page for bus pickup location assignments.

You are able to leave any personal items on the busses HOWEVER, the bus that you are first on may not be the bus that brings you to the reception hall. Both will end up there but the second bus will be later than the first.

CEREMONY

The ceremony start time is 5:30am.


Please note that our ceremony is unplugged, but we will be having a photo minute.


After the ceremony, we will be doing a group photo and then a staged exit.


The dress code is dressy/business casual.

PRE-RECEPTION AND RECEPTION

**ALLERGIES**

If you have any allergies, please speak with any of the workers and they will be able to get the chef to confirm if there are any foods you need to avoid. We did our best to avoid as many allergies as possible that you provided in your RSVPs.


Pre-Reception will go from 6:30-7:30


Reception will go from 7:30-11:30


There will be a cash bar available during both.

POST RECEPTION


Parks

If you are going to a park after the reception, you can take the monorail to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT from the hotel where the reception is at. If you are going to Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, or Disney Springs, you will go to the bus stop which is located between the main hotel and the convention center where the reception is located.


Returning to Hotels

If you are returning to your hotel/car after the reception, Disney transport is fully functional, however the quickest way back to your hotel will be to get an Uber, Lyft, or Minnie Van.


For those at Pop Century, the most direct route is to take the bus to Hollywood Studios then the Skyliner to Pop Century. This path will take you approximately an hour based on timing with the bus.


For those at Animal Kingdom Lodge, the most direct route is to take the monorail or the walking path to Magic Kingdom and then get on the bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge. This path will take you approximately an hour based on timing with the bus.

THE FOLLOWING WEEK

Where will Byron and Jessica be?

Please do not plan your vacation around us. We will be very unpredictable the days following the wedding.


However, if you know what parks you are planning to be in and would like to try and meet up, let us know where you are going to be and we will send you a message if we happen to go to that same park that day and we can maybe meet up for a show or a snack!

REMINDERS

You may bring purses, thermoses etc into the park for the ceremony. However, everything will have to go through a security screening.

There will be a water station available at the ceremony, a cash bar available at the pre reception, and a cash bar as well as coffee, chai tea, and juices available during the reception. If you need coffee in the morning, please make sure you bring it along in a thermos.

We kindly request that any physical gifts be sent to our house or given to us in Colorado as we do not have extra luggage space.
