GETTING TO NEW YORK

By Air

We recommend you fly to JFK International (JFK ) or LaGuardia (LGA) Airports and take an Uber/Lyft or a taxi to our hotel or your accommodation of choice. Car rentals are available at both airports and may be a convenient way for you to travel from the airport to your hotel, around Long Island, and to wedding events.

You , may also fly to Newark International Airport (EWR). However, your local commute would be substantially more expensive and time consuming to get to Long Island. If you would like to explore this option, please contact us.

By Land

Train

If you are traveling to Long Island before the wedding day, you can take Long Island Railroad (LIRR) Ronkonkoma Branch train to Hicksville and switch to an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the Hotel. From Hicksville train station you may also take the NICE n79 (Eastbound to South Huntington) bus to Manetto Hill Road & Sunnyside Blvd. From here it is a short 15 mins walk to the Hotel.

If you are coming in on the day of the wedding, you can take Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to Syosset and switch to Uber/Lyft/taxi to get to the Fox Hollow.

Car

Expect heavy traffic driving to Long Island. We encourage you to leave plenty of time to arrive on time. The Holiday Day Inn, Planview and The Fox Hollow are easily accessible via Long Island Expressway (I-495 East). We recommend you use driving directions provided by Waze or Google Maps. However, for your convenience we have attached attached directions to the Hotel and to Fox Hollow.

Uber/Lyft Services

For your public transportation options, we recommend you use your personal Uber/Lyft Apps or similar services to travel to/from the wedding location.
