YES, you will need a valid passport. We highly suggest all guests check that passports are not expired and are valid at least six months beyond the dates of your trip in order to board the plane. Passports generally take 7-10 weeks + mailing time.

There are a ton of non-stop options to both airports from TIJ, IAH, DFW, & ORD. SAT has a couple of non-stop options each week.

We do not recommend renting a car. The entire city is walkable and parking can be a challenge. Ubers and cabs are readily available and inexpensive. For transportation to and from the airport, we suggest using one of the services below:
