Lisbon
We highly recommend spending a day exploring the following neighborhoods: Baixa, Chiado, and Alfama. Additionally, we suggest you find a “Miraduoro” (viewpoint) or two! We loved Miradouro da Graça during our stay.
Other noteworthy spots include: Time Out Market, Praça do Comércio, and Castelo de São Jorge. Check out our Google Map for more inspiration.
Sintra
If you’re looking for a day trip outside of Lisbon we recommend exploring the castles in Sintra. Take an Uber and explore on your own time or plan a tour with a local guide.
Cascais
Another popular spot for a day trip is the town of Cascais. This coastal town blends historic charm, a lively downtown with great food and shopping, and picturesque beaches.
Costa Da Caparica
If you are looking for a beach day, head across the bridge to beautiful Costa da Caparica. Rent a chair at a beach club like Irmão or Praia Princesa.
