Wear your classy best! You really cannot be “over dressed”. We suggest the men wear a suit jacket, black tie optional and women wear a long, midi or cocktail dress or dressy separates. Dark, moody and rich deep jewel tones or even black would fit the overall theme perfectly. Be beautifully stunning, wear the bow tie, the tux, the sequins or even the hat… it’ll be a Galla to be remembered!

For most guests it is a beautiful 1 hour to 1.5 hour drive. The Dells offer so many options for lodging (and we do hope you stay) both the church and venue are only a 3-5 minute drive with lots of parking on site. Honestly, nothing in the Dells (at this time of year), is very crowded. Any lodging close to Broadway and River Road you are right in the heart of where the wedding is with walking to some favorite after-glo bars & lounges and lots of fun junk stores too.

We’ve enjoyed all of you celebrating various times along with our favorite cover band “Ask Your Mother” and we are ecstatic they had our date available to celebrate once again! We will also be having a really fun NOLA-style jazz band for cocktail hour(s) "Talk of the Town" with famous clarinet player Keven Van Ess, if you celebrated last 4th of July with us, they are coming again! St Cecilia has a talented musician, she gave us goose bumps picking out our songs, absolutely lovely.

Immediately to the Swan where libations, laughter & lots of lovely Hors d'oeuvres along with some live NOLA-syle jazz music… take advantage of this time to get a caricature drawing so come right on over to The Swan Barn Door and start celebrating. And… are we going to celebrate!

Some children are invited, please make note how your invitation is addressed as it will specifically say "& Family" or have their names on the invitation. It would be helpful if you could kindly note all minors with their ages anywhere on your RSVP so that we can tailor not just our food but also our beverage menu.

Although we’d love the day to be “more the merrier”, for obvious reasons we simply can’t accommodate everyone to have a plus one. However, some of you have strong, long relationships so we will address your envelope “& Guest”.

Gosh NO! There are so many options for hotels and motels. Many of our guests have already decided they are making it a long weekend and staying in their favorite water park. Nothing in the Dells is more than a 5 min drive. The Dells also hosts a lot of Uber/Lift and taxi services. If you don’t want to drive once your back to your hotel, choose anything downtown and you’ll be close to “somewhere” to go for a nightcap. The hotels on our list are just to inspire you, since it’s off season you’ll be sure to find a place to stay.
