Most guests arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN), take a shuttle to the hotel and check in. Explore the resort grounds and settle in!

8:00am - Hotel pickup. Visit Tulum archeological site, Coba archeological site (Mayan ruins), and cenote park with swimming, rappelling, ziplining, and a tiki bar! Lunch, snacks & hydration included.

6:00pm - Hotel dropoff.

5:30pm - Wedding rehearsal at TBD resort location for wedding party.

6:30pm - Rehearsal dinner at resort's Maxal restaurant for wedding party and immediate family.

12:50pm - Shuttle pickup from Hilton Tulum lobby for bridesmaids.

2:00pm - Shuttle pickup from Hilton Tulum lobby for groom and mother of the bride.

3:30pm - Shuttle pickup from Hilton Tulum lobby for groomsmen and groom's parents.

4:45pm - Shuttle pickup from the Hilton Tulum lobby for wedding guests.

5:30pm - Ceremony with reception to follow

12:00am - Shuttle pickup from venue to return to Hilton Tulum.
