Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?
Yes! Both will take place at the gorgeous Southall Meadow Farm. We are beyond excited to share our special day with you on this gorgeous piece of property tucked outside of Nashville.
Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors. Lucky for us, the groom knows a thing or two about weather ;)
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family get fancy with us. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or mid formal dresses. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. It's a Fall wedding, so don't be afraid to wear color! Weather permitting, please wear appropriate shoes as the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.
Are children invited?
We kindly request that this be an adults only event. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun night!
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name}" & Guest if a plus one has been given to you. We would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.
Will you have shuttle services to and from the venue?
Yes, transportation will be provided departing from our hotel block, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. We understand some guests may choose to stay in an AirBnB or another hotel. Please try to plan your location nearby so you can Uber over and take advantage of the shuttle.
