A little bit of both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside while the reception will be inside.

We kindly ask that you refrain from using cameras and cell phones during the entire wedding ceremony. We have hired the talented Lumiere Collective to capture every special moment, and we want to ensure they have the space to work their magic. Plus, no one wants to be the one caught in the professional photos with a phone in hand!

No. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we will provide you with recommendations.

If indicated on the envelope of your invitation when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we unfortunately can only accommodate those named on your invitation.

Yes! We are providing complimentary shuttles so all our guests can celebrate safely and stress-free. Shuttles will leave at 4:30pm with an approximate 30 minute ride. Shuttles will run between our selected hotel locations and Castle Hill Cider. The roads are dark and winding, and ride-shares are not available back to the hotels—so please don’t miss the shuttle! VERY UNLIKELY. While you may find an Uber in Charlottesville to take you to Castle Hill Cider, you can not expect to be able to call one on your way home. We would rather your join the party and hop on our wedding transportation.
