WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE

1:00 - 3:00 PM - Cabin Check-In

Stop by the Main Office for Check-In (#2 on the map!) and get your cabin assignments. We'll have some friends hanging there to help you with bags if necessary.

4:00 PM - Shuttle Bus Pick-Up

We'll have a shuttle bus at both the Marriot and Holiday Inn to bring guests to Camp. There will not be a second shuttle, so please be prompt!

5:00 PM - Ceremony

The ceremony will be located in the small grassy area near the Alaskan Village (#13 on the map!). The shuttle buses will drop guests off at the ceremony site.

5:30 PM - Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony, head downhill to the Hacienda (#9) for drinks and light appetizers.

7:00 PM - Dinner

Guests will take a stroll through the heart of Camp before stopping at the Thunderbird Lodge (#4) for dinner.

8:00 - 11:00 PM - Drinks & Dancing

After dinner, we're inviting guests to head back uphill for dancing at the Trading Post, or s'mores at the fire pit (#5!). There will be one early shuttle bus heading back to both of the hotels at the end of the reception.

11:30 - After Party

Did you really think we'd end the party at 11pm? If you're up for it, all guests are invited to the Council Ring for a late-night dance party, with music from Baltimore's own (and Julian's best friend) Kyle O'Shea. There will be a late night shuttle bus heading back to both of the hotels.
