GPSThe address to Camp Puh'tok is 17433 Big Falls Road Monkton, MD 21111. You can search 'Camp Puh'tok' in your GPS, but it may come up as 'Puh'tok In The Pines'. This will also take you to camp! PARKINGIf you are driving yourself to/from camp, use theCamp Puh'tok main entrance, and take a left at the forkwhen the road splits. There will be parking signs. From there, please wait for a shuttle up to the ceremony site. The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive with enough time to park and take a short ride. CAMPING INFOFeel free to arrive any time on Friday. Don't forget to pack a sleeping bag or sheets (if you're traveling from afar and need help with this, let us know!) and a bath towel. Please refer to the Packing List tab on our website for a more comprehensive list. When you arrive at the main entrance of the camp, take a right at the fork and continue up the road until you see the Main Office cabin. There will be a table set up with cabin assignments, camp maps, and someone to assist with parking. SATURDAY AT CAMPWe're so excited to have so many of our family and friends stay for the long weekend! Saturday will be a 'choose your own adventure' type of day- take a hammock nap, explore camp, play some outdoor games, or sit by the fire!It's totally up to you! We'll be providing a light brunch at 10:30am and dinner at 5pm. Please plan to bring your own snacks if you think you'll need a little something extra, and BYOB!

We met through mutual friends (shout out Brooke &amp; Erika) and since we've been together, we've hiked countless miles together in some of the most beautiful spots in North America...

We've enjoyed Orioles games, traveling with friends, winning Das Boot in the bocce league championship, rocking some crazy Halloween costumes, and just hanging at home with Lou...

And we've had the best time ever at all of your weddings, and we can't wait to celebrate with you at ours!

WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE 1:00 - 3:00 PM - Cabin Check-InStop by the Main Office for Check-In (#2 on the map!) and get your cabin assignments. We'll have some friends hanging there to help you with bags if necessary. 4:00 PM - Shuttle Bus Pick-UpWe'll have a shuttle bus at both the Marriot and Holiday Inn to bring guests to Camp. There will not be a second shuttle, so please be prompt! 5:00 PM - CeremonyThe ceremony will be located in the small grassy area near the Alaskan Village (#13 on the map!). The shuttle buses will drop guests off at the ceremony site. 5:30 PM - Cocktail HourAfter the ceremony, head downhill to the Hacienda (#9) for drinks and light appetizers. 7:00 PM - DinnerGuests will take a stroll through the heart of Camp before stopping at the Thunderbird Lodge (#4) for dinner. 8:00 - 11:00 PM - Drinks &amp; DancingAfter dinner, we're inviting guests to head back uphill for dancing at the Trading Post, or s'mores at the fire pit (#5!). There will be one early shuttle bus heading back to both of the hotels at the end of the reception. 11:30 - After PartyDid you really think we'd end the party at 11pm? If you're up for it, all guests are invited to the Council Ring for a late-night dance party, with music from Baltimore's own (and Julian's best friend) Kyle O'Shea. There will be a late night shuttle bus heading back to both of the hotels.

ON-SITE CABINSPart of our dream for our wedding weekend is to have as many of our loved ones as possible stay at camp-we want you to be our fellow campers! Puh'tok sleeps about 150 and it would be the highlight of our weekend to have you stay with us (second only, you know, to actually getting married). Cabins are dorm-style with rooms ranging from 8-18 people. Every cabin has heat and A/C and fully functional bathrooms and showers. Each bed is a twin either as a single or as a bunk. Please plan to pack a simple sleeping bag or sheets (if you're traveling from afar and need help with this, let us know!). You will be assigned a cabin and will be provided with a map upon check in on Friday. TENTSIf you'd like to stay at Camp Puh'tok, but you'd prefer to sleep solo, there are plenty of places to pitch a tent! We're happy save a shady, quiet spot near a cabin bathroom for maximum comfort :) _______________________________________________ If you plan to stay in a cabin or tent, please Venmo @julianloveskara and include the names of everyone in your party in the subject line. $50/person covers the entire weekend. _______________________________________________

WHAT'S THE PLAN?We're planning our big wedding celebration for Friday evening, but we don't want the party to stop there. We hope that you'll stay on Saturday night as well, because we want to spend our special weekend with you. We'll provide more details on Saturday's activities as we get closer to the wedding. If you can only make it to the big event on Friday, we completely understand!

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE?There are a variety of different cabins at Camp Puh'Tok that we'll assign accordingly. Most of the cabins are open-concept with a common room, full bathrooms, and all are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The beds provided are bunk-beds, but everyone should have the opportunity to have a lower bunk for sleeping and an upper bunk for storing their belongings

WHO WILL BE IN MY CABIN?Great question! We're not sure yet! Our hope is to have cabins filled with people that you know (Hooks Family, Pasquarello Family, Nami &amp; Friends, The BOC, etc.). Once we have all of our RSVPs back, we will begin to assign people to cabins. We will provide all guests staying at Camp Puh'tok with their cabin assignments upon arrival.

ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN FOOD &amp; DRINK?If you are joining us for the whole weekend, we'll provide plenty of food and non-alcoholic beverages all weekend, but you might want to bring some snacks to store in your cabin. As for alcoholic beverages, we will provide drinks during Friday's wedding festivities. If you would like to indulge throughout Saturday, feel free to bring your own. However, please be careful as this is a campground with lots of obstacles and acreage.

WHAT IF CAMPING ISN'T REALLY MY THING?That is perfectly fine! We'd love for you to give it a try because camping has a special place in our hearts! But if you decide to opt out, we'll have hotel blocks about 15 minutes away- more details to come soon!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?For Friday's celebration, we are asking our guests to get dolled up and dress "woodsy-formal" or semi-formal with camp appropriate footwear (no stilettoes, please!). We invite you to wear whatever you find the most comfortable and camp appropriate for Saturday's camp activities and Sunday's farewell brunch.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED FROM THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?Yes! Transportation to and from the hotels will be provided. We'll have more information about this as we get closer to the wedding.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?Yes! While we'd prefer if you took some (much needed!) time off from being a parent, we also understand that it's just not possible sometimes. At the end of the day, we'd rather celebrate with you and your little ones, than not celebrate at all.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?We're sorry to report that pets are not allowed at Camp Puh'tok which means Lady, Sosa, Athena, Lincoln, Guapo, Sparty, Coto, Chaco, Maverick, Frank, Quavo, Hank, and all of our other favorite pups- even Louie- cannot join us.
