NCR Trail

The Northern Central Railroad Trail covers nearly 20 miles in Maryland, stretching from Ashland Road in Hunt Valley, to the Mason Dixon Line. The trail is 10 ft wide with a stone dust surface. Ladew Topiary Gardens

Named one of the top 5 gardens in North America by the Garden Club of America, Ladew Gardens is located 20 minutes from both Camp Puh'tok and the hotels in Hunt Valley. The area includes over 15 different gardens, including a Nature Walk, butterfly room, and the historic 1747 Manor House.

B.C. Brewery

A local brewery for our craft beer fans- located 15 minutes from Camp Puh'tok and 4 minutes from Hunt Valley hotels. It's a "pour yourself" tap room, so you can enjoy as many beers as your heart desires!

Inverness Brewing

Another craft brewery located 10 minutes away from Camp Puh'tok, Inverness is known for picturesque views and delicious pours. There are often food trucks and live music on the weekends.

Boordy Vineyards

A delicious winery located 25 minutes from Camp Puh'tok and the hotels in Hunt Valley for those looking for a mid-afternoon wine flight.

COFFEE & LUNCH

The Monkton Hotel Cafe

Located just off the NCR Trail, this cafe serves locals favorites- pastries from Stone Mill bakery, coffee from Zeke's, and ice cream from Taharka Brothers.

Dough Run Bakery
