We are partnering with a local travel agency, Enlighten Excursions, to handle all bookings and coordination for us and our guests, as well as RSVPs! Our travel agent is working directly with the resort for room rates and room blocks.
You should have received our digital invitations directly to your email. If you haven’t already, please be sure to check your email inbox (and your spam!) for a message from Enlighten Excursions (news@enextravel.com). We hope you all can make it!
Additional services our travel agent will be providing on top of room reservations:
-Arrange airport transportation to and from resort
-Deposit scheduling and reminders
-Documents, tips/reminders for travel
-Point of contact for all travel needs, changes and requests
You are also welcome to book flights through our travel agency, but you can also self-book flights if you prefer, especially if you have miles or credits you’d like to use.

It is recommended to make dinner reservations ahead of time for larger parties - Unico's restaurant can accommodate 8 people per table. Tables might or might not be close together, this will depend on the availability of the restaurant at the moment of your reservation.
Please keep in mind, our Welcome Party will be held Thursday evening and we will be providing drinks and a dinner buffet. So please come hungry!

To make dinner reservations up to 2 guests, you can also use this link: Dinner Reservations For Two (use the booking number on your emailed invoice from our travel agent and if you have a room with multiple names, try each last name if you are receiving an error).
Instructions are below:
1. Select confirmation number instead of room number.
2. Provide confirmation number.
3. Select your favorite restaurant and add your email to receive a confirmation.
4. Select available time and tap on next.
5. Add any comments, food allergies, celebrations, etc, and tap on next.
6. Verify all the information is correct and tap on “finish.
After finishing making each dinner reservation, you will get an email confirmation coming from reservacionesayb@unicohotelrm.com, please do not reply to it, this is an automatic answer and you will not get a response back. Once the reservation is made and confirmed, there is no way on the app to cancel or change it. If you want to make some changes or modify something, email prearrivalhost@unicohotelrm.com.
