When you call to book your hotel room, let them know you are booking for the "Farnsworth Wedding" and they will give you a room for the rate we have secured.
Check in is at 4:00pm and cannot be adjusted and because of this we recommend you stay for two nights to make sure you're able to arrive at the ceremony and meet the shuttle bus on time.

We have a shuttle service that will be bringing guests between the hotel and wedding venue.
The shuttle will make 2 trips before the ceremony and 3 trips after the wedding has concluded.
The pick-up location is outside the front of the hotel.

If you wish to go between the hotel and wedding venue outside the shuttle times, you may order a taxi or Uber.
Note: You may use the taxi if you're unable to make the shuttle times outlined above.
Uber is also available in the area and will travel between New Hamburg and Waterloo.
