Our Wedding

Every love story has its own unique beginning, and ours is no exception. It all started in an après ski bar in the French Alps, where the air was thick with the scent of Aperol spritz and fresh snow. Connor saw Kat from across the room, her red jacket a beacon. A call to arms. He walked toward her, his heart pounding, his fate already sealed, and said the words that would etch this moment into destiny: "I like your red jacket… it looks like my red jacket." Like any sane person, Kat responded with an unimpressed look. But Connor was undeterred. He asked for her name. She denied him. He asked for her number. She denied him again. A lesser man might have walked away. But Connor, standing at the precipice of something far greater than chance, did not. "Well, if we're never going to see each other again, we should probably kiss now." And so we did. From that first kiss, something undeniable and inevitable began to take shape between us. We reshaped our lives to make this love work—changing jobs, crossing oceans, and choosing, again and again, to stand by each other. Through snow-covered mountains and sun-soaked vineyards, through endless adventures and laughter that felt like home, our story unfolded—each moment shaping the life we were building. And now, here we are—standing at the edge of forever, ready to write the next chapter together.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

Our wedding will take place on October 3, 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. The venue is 10 minutes from the Sitges train station, which is easily accessible from central Barcelona. For more info head to the Travel page!

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Please arrive at the venue at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our dress code is elevated formal—somewhere between formal and black tie. Think tuxedos or sharp suits, floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses. We’d love to see you dressed to the nines—but above all, we want you to feel confident and comfortable. The weather is expected to be around (75°/63°F) / (23°/17°C), so dress accordingly. And if you feel like livin' la vida loca, it never hurts to pack a swimsuit. Most importantly, come as you are—you’ll look perfect!

While absolutely not required, if you'd like to coordinate with the wedding’s color palette, feel free to take inspiration from the image above and consider wearing autumnal tones. For more outfit inspo check out the Dress Code page!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

No :) We’re keeping things intimate with a guest list of people we’ve shared meals, memes, and absurdly titled group chats with. If in doubt, please refer to your invitation. If your partner is invited, you’ll see their name included on your RSVP form That said, we have excellent taste in friends (hello, you’re proof), and you’re going to love everyone there. Come make new friends and stories!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only affair full of champagne and shenanigans. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Getting to Barcelona

From the U.S.

Major Airports: The best international airport to fly into is Barcelona-El Prat (BCN). Depending on your route, you can also fly into Madrid-Barajas (MAD) and travel to Barcelona from there. The high-speed Renfe AVE train from Madrid to Barcelona takes 2h 30m, with tickets averaging around €40 (<a href="https:" />renfe.com</a>). Alternatively, domestic flights and rental cars are available for the journey.   Direct Flights: Major cities like New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami, and Los Angeles offer direct flights to Barcelona. Otherwise, most routes will have a layover in a European hub (London, Paris, or Amsterdam).   Time Zone: Spain is 6 hours ahead of EST, so plan for a little jet lag!

From the U.K.

Flights: There are frequent direct flights from London, Manchester, and other major U.K. cities to Barcelona-El Prat (BCN). Flight Time: The flight from London to Spain is about 2-3 hours, making it an easy weekend getaway!

Getting from Barcelona to Sitges

Sitges is a stunning coastal town just 35 km (22 miles) southwest of Barcelona. If you would like to join us on Friday night for Toasts &amp; Talent (i.e. Welcome Drinks) or Sunday for Brunch, you can get there by train, bus, or car.

By Train (reccomended)

Currency & Cards

Contactless is king – Most places in Spain (restaurants, shops, taxis, even market stands) accept credit cards and contactless payment like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash isn’t essential, but helpful – You don’t need to carry much cash, but it never hurts to have a few Euros on hand for small purchases, tips, or places that have card minimums. Use a travel-friendly card – Be sure to bring a debit or credit card with no foreign transaction fees to avoid sneaky charges. Are you serious?Yes. It's very serious. And also hilarious. But mostly serious. What kind of acts are you looking for?Anything that entertains, delights, or mildly confuses. Singing, dancing, magic tricks, poetry, comedy, Ru Paul inspired lip syncing—if it’s under 5 minutes and doesn’t require pyrotechnics or a live animal handler, it’s fair game. Do I need to submit my act?Nope! But if you know in advance that you’d like to perform and you’ll need music, props, cue cards, or a backstage pep talk—please give us a heads-up! It helps us loosely shape the flow of the night (and avoid 12 sock puppet acts in a row). What if I get nervous and bail?We’ll offer emotional support, a pep talk, and shot of tequila.
