We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ottawa West. The location is approxemently a 20 minute drive from Strathmere. Ottawa has many other great overnight accommodation options. If you wish to stay somewhere else, please feel free to do so.

The hotel block name is Parsons Renshaw Wed. We have arranged that guests are able to have the option of staying from September 7th - 9th, 2024 should you wish to arrive the day prior to the wedding. If you only wish to stay the night of the wedding, that can be accommodated. Please note that check in is at 3:00pm.

Please note that guestrooms will be held until August 7th, 2024. Guestrooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space will be subject to availability. Each guest will be responsible for their own charges. To avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax; written notice or phone call must be received by 24 hours prior to arrival. Included in your stay is a hot continental breakfast. 25 rooms have been blocked out at this location, this is on a first come first served basis.

Although we are not offering a shuttle service, our venue is serviced by both taxi and Uber. Please see available taxi companies in the area. If you do commute via taxi, we recommend scheduling a pickup and drop off with the company.
