Hayley is Kathryn's oldest and best friend. They met in high school and went through all the growing pains that come with being a teenage girl. They spent two years together at URI before Kathryn transferred to Towson University in Maryland. Although separated the two stayed very close and Kathryn was in Hayley's wedding in 2021. Hayley also disapproves of Kathryn's nickname "Kat" that began in Baltimore as that is not the Kathryn she knows.

Haley Cohen is Kathryn's college room mate and best friend. The two met at age 20/21 and the chemistry was real. Together they experienced Towson University to the fullest and could often be seen socializing. After college Kathryn moved downtown to Baltimore and Haley, back to DC. They visited each other frequently and stay very close. Haley is now engaged as well and the two couples get along like peas and carrots. They make sure to vacation together annually and are considered family.

Parker is Mike's son and is truly his mini me and best friend.

Hakim is a longtime friend of Mike's dating back to their days in South Boston

Dan is a longtime friend of Mike's dating back to college at Westfield State.
