How should I RSVP and When should I RSVP by?
Our RSVP deadline of September 10th, 2025 has passed and our final numbers have been submitted to the venue. We appreciate all of your support and we are excited to celebrate with you!
What time does the Ceremony Start?
Seating will open at 3:30pm and our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. The doors to the ceremony area will be closed prior to 4pm to allow the wedding party to line up and will not open again until after the ceremony.
What is the dress code?
We want our guests to get all dressed up to celebrate with us for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire.
More feminine attire includes floor-length, tea-length, and maxi to midi-length dresses, as well as matching two piece sets. Please ensure that any dress or skirt is at least knee length.
More masculine attire includes a suit or blazer with dress pants or a vest with dress shirt and pants. Please no flip flops or jeans.
Our ceremony is going to be outdoors in Colorado in October, so please bring an extra layer in case the weather turns chilly.
Will I be able to take pictures during the ceremony?
Since we have found a wonderful photographer to capture our special day, we are having an unplugged ceremony. We are asking that our guests refrain from using their cell phones or cameras during the ceremony and we invite you to be fully present with us to celebrate this moment. We will be happy to share photos with you as soon as we can!
Are Kids Invited? Can I bring a Plus One?
Due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate those people who have been included on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
What if i have food allergies or restrictions?
We are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please write any food allergies or accommodations and who they are for on the back of your RSVP card before returning it!
Hotel/Travel/Accomodations?
There are several recommendations for hotels under the 'Travel' tab at the top of the page.
Will alcohol be served?
Yes, we are inviting you to share a toast with us to celebrate our new beginning! There will be champagne provided for a toast and wine provided with the meal as well as a cash bar and plenty of non-alcoholic options to allow everyone in attendance to enjoy. We are excited to celebrate with you and we respectfully request that our guests drink responsibly. If you're not from Colorado, remember one drink at altitude is equal to two drinks at sea level!
A PSA about beautiful Colorado!
We are excited to be able to have our wedding in such a beautiful place! The elevation here is over 6,000 feet above sea level and this can cause altitude sickness if you are not accustomed to the altitude. Symptoms of altitude sickness include nausea, vomiting, headache and dizziness. We encourage everyone to drink plenty of water before and during their visit, as well as using plenty of sunscreen and lip balm. Please let someone know if you are experiencing any of these symptoms during our wedding.
