Paine Field (PAE) is the closest about a 45 minute drive and only has Alaska flights to certain west coast cities direrct. This is the most convenient Airport and a very nice small hub with quick security. SEATAC is about an hour and the cheapest with direct flights usually. If you fly out Sunday try to book a later flight to allow enough time to drive back to Seattle, sometimes there is traffic on that road on Sundays. If you can, try to fly out Monday to avoid this. Local family members may be able to have you stay at their house if needed, let Katie know!

Monroe is on the way to the venue (30 mins) coming from Seattle and has everything you should need for groceries, hotel, shopping etc. the last grocery store is in Gold Bar on the way to Index.

Index is in the mountains and will be warm during the day but is along the river so when the sun goes down it does get chilly so bring a light long sleeve!

There is a list of accommodations on this website. I highly recommend coming Friday to Sunday and getting an Airbnb cabin nearby to get the full experience. There are small motels in nearby towns or camping on the river is an option. If you are looking for a nice hotel Monroe is about 30 mins away with hotels.
