Airports
The best airport to fly into is most likely Orlando (MCO). New Smyrna is about an hour drive. You can also fly into Daytona Beach airport (DAB) which is only 30 minutes away but has fewer direct flights.
Where to Stay
There are two hotels on Flagler Ave, the main street that leads to the beach, that we recommend - the Hampton Inn and Springhill Suites. Flagler Ave is very walkable and has lots of restaurants & shops to explore. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for guests staying at either of the hotels.
Our room block at the Hampton Inn has ended, but you can still look into booking at either hotel or you could opt for an airbnb, which is a popular option by the beach.
Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach
The Hampton Inn is the most convenient & most affordable option. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach and steps away from some of NSB's best shops and restaurants. They offer a complimentary hot buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and a pool. Parking is $21 plus tax, per night per vehicle, one vehicle per room.
The room block has ended but they should still have availability.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Smyrna Beach
The Springhill Suites is also on Flagler Ave but right on the beach! (and the price reflects the beachfront location) They offer a complimentary hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and an oceanfront pool. Parking is $20 per day per vehicle.

There are 3 main areas that we recommend:
1. Along Atlantic Ave - there are lots of condos and beach houses a short walk to the beach.
2. Near Flagler Ave - there are probably not as many airbnb options here as this is more shops, restaurants, and hotels.
3. Across the river near downtown. Anywhere close to Canal St. or near the Brannon Center would be a great option and a quick drive/uber to the beach or Flagler Ave area.
