Katie and Lane are so excited to have all of you in town for our special day! We wanted to plan a few extra activities on the Friday before our wedding (June 24, a.k.a. Katie's birthday!) to spend as much time with everyone as possible. These activities are of course completely optional, but anyone who would like to join is welcome! Explore the Flatirons! What: Hike the Woods Quarry Trail (2.5 miles total) with Katie and Lane or explore Chautauqua park with Cynthia. Bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. Friday Activities

Where it all began! Lane met Katie here for their first date and they sat at a tiny table in the left-hand corner of the front room. The Biergarten is their favorite bar in Boulder (for obvious reasons...), and their menu features delicious German food and great beers on tap. Lane always orders the Paulaner Hefeweizen, while Katie recommends the Honey Bite beer cocktail.

One of Lane and Katie's favorite restaurants! Their menu features delicious, seasonal, and locally-sourced dishes and amazing cocktails.

Avanti is a collective eatery that features great food and drinks from a wide variety of cuisines. Their rooftop offers some of the best views in Boulder. Katie and Lane recommend trying Quiero Arepas!

Chautauqua Park sits at the base of several of Boulder's most beautiful and infamous hiking trails. The Bluebell trail is great for beginner hikers or people who may not be adjusted to the altitude, while Royal Arch is a great option for more intermediate-advanced hikers who want a challenge!

The Boulder Farmer's Market is held every Saturday April-November from 8 AM - 2 PM. It features locally sourced food and products as well as delicious food trucks.

Pearl Street is a walkable outdoor mall in the center of Downtown Boulder. Home to some of Boulder's best shopping, restaurants, and bars!

CU Boulder's campus is known for its beauty and also has a lot of sentimental value to Lane and Katie. They recommend walking through the Quad, stopping by the football stadium Folsom, and ending your tour at Farrand Field.
