Where are the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place on the grounds of The Beaumont Inn (4437 PA 309, Dallas, PA 18612).
Will events be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outside, however we will be under a tent in case of rain. The reception will be semi - indoors (yes, there is air conditioning!)
The grounds of the Beaumont Inn are ours to enjoy and you are welcome to take a walk around or sit by the creek if you need a break from the festivities.
What time does the ceremony begin?
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We may not be able to seat those who arrive late.
Will there be transportation?
We will be organizing transportation from the Wilkes Barre Fairfield Inn (see the accommodations section) in the form of both the hotel shuttle and a separate trolley.
If many people prefer another hotel or we add another room block, we will try to coordinate transportation assistance, so please let us know!
I'm early to the ceremony. What should I do?
If it is nice outside, feel free to walk around the Beaumont Inn grounds or seat yourself early. If it is raining or the heat is oppressive, guests are welcome to wait in the Inn's lounge/dining area, although there will not be a bartender or waitstaff at this time. Please try to arrive closer to the reception time if possible, especially in case of inclement weather.
Parking Questions
All local hotels have free and abundant parking. The Beaumont Inn also has a large parking lot with no parking fees.
For our rehearsal dinner, Valet parking will be provided.
What should I wear?
For our ceremony and reception, we would ask that all guests dress in formal attire. Black tie is optional. We have placed a link to an attire guide below. Most importantly we want everyone to be comfortable - if the forecast calls for 100 degree weather, please alter your attire as you see fit for your safety and comfort.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please make every effort to RSVP by May 20. We will likely not be able to accommodate any additional guests after this point.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course. There will be a five hour open bar followed by an open tab at our after party.
If someone asks you to pay for a drink, find one of us!
Can I take photos?
We would ask that you do not use your cellphones at all during our ceremony - we have a photographer who will be taking photos of the ceremony, and we don't want your cellphone in the center frame of her photos. We will share photos with everyone when they are available.
Cellphone use is permitted at the reception although again, we would ask you to be discreet and minimize use - this is a time for us to be together, and we all know that Katie's pet peeve is cell phones at the dinner table!
Do you have a registry?
All we ask is for you to come to the wedding and get out on the dance floor! On our "registry" page, we have listed two charities to which you may donate on our behalf if you wish.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
There will be a vegetarian dinner option, and please list any other dietary restrictions on your RSVP - the Inn is able to accommodate most restrictions.
Are children welcome?
We would like this to be an adults-only celebration. There will be several children in the ceremony, however we would ask that you not bring any children who are not listed on your invitation
