Shuttles to Venue
FAIRFIELD MARRIOTT: A bus will be at the Fairfield Inn at approximately 3:15 PM. The bus will leave at 3:45 PM to make it to the ceremony.
There will be a trolley going back and forth throughout the evening starting at 8:00 PM, and the bus will return at 11pm to make one large trip back to the Fairfield.
MOHEGAN SUN: A trolley will be waiting from 3:20-3:45 PM at the main hotel entrance at Mohegan Sun. It will depart at 3:45 PM to make it to the ceremony. The trolley will go back and forth to both hotels throughout the evening starting at 8:00 PM and will make more trips to Mohegan Sun as requested. The last trolley to leave the venue will be at 12:45 AM.
SCRANTON: A trolley will be at the Gerrity's on Meadow Avenue from 2:40-3:00 PM to take guests to the venue. This trolley will then stop at Mohegan Sun to pick up more guests, so if you will be taking this trolley anticipate a bit of a ride! It will depart the Beaumont Inn and go directly to Scranton at 11:00 PM sharp, without any other stops.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Wilkes Barre Scranton
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn - There will be a guest shuttle to and from our wedding provided by the hotel in addition to our reserved shuttle. Ask for Nealon and Cole wedding!
