Octoberfest in Carbondale was always one of our favorite weekends of the fall! This small town Carbondale event is full of stein holding competitions, shenanigans, lederhosen and lots of laughs. Back in October of 2012 we both headed out to town not knowing that this night would change our lives. Erin was out with his Carbondale friends and Katie was out with her college and Aspen friends when they met at a real classy establishment called The Pour House. We all started hanging around the jukebox since our groups had mutual friends. We hit it off immediately while picking songs and dancing the night away. The rest is history...
