Our little corner of the globe has some incredible views, activities, and food! Here are some suggestions with our favoirite things to do. Feel free to do some, all, or none. One of the best things to do is sit back and relax in Redstone, go for a stroll through the historic boulevard to check out the shops and scenery! Maroon Bells

Go for a trip up the Maroon Bells! Take a hike or just some photos at one of the most beautful places in North America. You need to take a bus up from Highlands ski area up to Maroon Lake.

Rafting

Book a rafting or fishing trip on the Frying Pan River, Roaring Fork or Colorado River. The water can be pretty low and chilly in September but never the less beautiful.

Horseback Riding

Fly Fishing

We have some world renowned fishing on nearby rivers. Fly fish on the Redstone Preserve or anywhere in the valley, here is some information from the Redstone Inn website. We also have sereval friends who are fly fishing guides, so reach out if this is something you are interested in.


$85.00 per person full day/$45.00 per person half day. Stay at The Inn and fish for $45.00 a day!

Guests enjoy fly fishing on 1.5 miles of the privately stocked Crystal River. All fishing is "catch and release." Guides & equipment are available - please call for more information. To ensure quality, river privileges are limited to 4 rods per day. Reserve through the front desk. State licenses are required. Call 970-963-2526 to make reservations. Guiding available in Redstone now at The Crystal Fly Shop at The Redstone Company Store. Talk with DJ to set up a guided trip on the Crystal or elsewhere in the Valley.

Relax and Soak

Go for a soak at these natural springs. Only a 15 minute drive down from Redstone. Reservations are recommended as it normally fills up pretty fast. Book a massage and really relax, you deserve it!

Iron Mountain Hot Springs

Go for a soak in at Iron Mountain Hot Springs or the Glenwood Hot Springs pool. If you want a drink with your soak then hit up Iron Mtn.

Visit Our Favorite Towns

Head on up to Marble, just a short 15 minute drive from Redstone. Get some take out from the best BBQ in the west and head over to the park or Beaver Lake. Erin loves the briskett and Katie loves the Kale salad with buffalo chicken and jalepenos. Don't forget to get a cookie and a delicious cocktail!

Aspen

Head up to Aspen for the day. Have lunch, take the gondola up Aspen Mountain, or go on a hike. Ask Erin and Katie for advice on fun things to do for the day.

Snowmass Village
