When should I get to Kauaʻi?
Thursday 10/30/25 would be a good time to fly in.
Can I just get an Uber or Lyft?
Uber and Lyft exists around Līhuʻe or Kapaʻa but you will not be able to find the service in Waimea and it definitely doesn't exist in Kōkeʻe.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to a strict 150 people max occupancy we had to limit our guest list and unfortunately made the decision to limit children to close family.
However, it'll be a long weekend of fun and they are welcome at the Halloween Welcome Party and can join us at the camp ground Sunday.

I plan on camping, what should I do about food?
The last grocery store is in Waimea Town before the 45min drive up the mountain. There is a lodge located a mile from the venue that serves food every day.
Check it out!

How far away is the venue from the Līhuʻe airport (LIH)?
Just under 2hrs by car.
What should I bring?
We suggest bringing:
hiking shoes (prepare for lots of mud),
hiking clothes (long sleeve),
sun protection,
rain gear,
cold weather layers (boots, socks, coat, pants, beanie, gloves),
headlamp,
flashlight,
glo sticks,
LED lights,
rave gear
What else should I consider?
-the venue and most places within Kōkeʻe State Park will have NO service unless you have AT&T
-the venue has NO wifi to connect to
-the venue will have potable water
-prepare for mud and rain
-the views are incredible
