Most of you know our story, but in case a few details are fuzzy… Tate and I met in October 2020. It was my first year of grad school at Colorado State, and Tate was attending University of Wyoming. We crossed paths via mutual friends. Fast forward to January 2021 and we went on our first official date. We stuck with each other through the duration of both our degrees, a summer temp fish hatchery position in Daniel, Wyoming for Tate and then my eventual move to Curtis, Nebraska. After six months of Tate still in Laramie, and me in Curtis, Tate made the move to join me in Nebraska. We spent a year and a half together there before I convinced him to try out the west. And to put a perfect cherry on top of our time in Nebraska, Tate asked me to marry him at our favorite lake on July 11, 2024, right before we moved to Idaho. Now we are starting our next adventure together in the Treasure Valley on the Oregon/Idaho border.
