There will be one complimentary parking spot included for hotel guests. 3 hotels are within walking distance to the event center. There will also be ample free parking in front of the building for those who are staying farther away or driving from home.

The weather in the Olympic valley this time of year ranges from mid- low 70s during the day and low 40's at night. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside with an option to go outside if needed for air. It is recommended to dress accordingly. High winds and snow are also a possibility this time of year.

There are a plethora of options for lodging. The village at Palisades Tahoe is a 2 minute walk to the venue. This hotel is directly connected to our wedding venue and offers a discount for staying! A link is provided in the "Travel" section on this website. Also feel free to call and use the "Frye/Varner wedding" code to receive the discount. Other great options that are just a few minute walking distance but no discount offered are PlumpJack and The Palisade Tahoe lodge. These three hotels are in the village area at Palisades. Here you can enjoy shopping, dining and beautiful scenery. The next closest resort would be Everline. This hotel is still in the Olympic Valley area but would be a short drive (less than 5 minutes) from the venue. Other options include AirBnB, lodging in Tahoe City or Truckee.
