In the summer of 2016, Joey and Kelly met at a local gym. Kelly's friend Anna (bridesmaid) raved about her personal trainer named Kevin and how wonderful the gym programs were, so Kelly joined because of this. It turned out that Joey also trained with Kevin, and one day during his session he decided to say hi to Kelly when she was walking past. This brief interaction was later followed up with Joey asking Kelly more about herself, telling her that her tattoos were cute, and asking her out on a date.

Today they own a home in Medford, about 45 minutes from where they grew up. Their home really came together once they adopted their daughter, a big rescue American Bulldog named Haley, who will be the flower girl in the upcoming ceremony.

Joey and Kelly are getting married in the Fall of 2023 in upstate New York. The town of Roscoe is full of special memories they have built together. With lots of small simple pleasures, it offers just the right amount of things to do for weekend getaways. This cute Catskill area includes hiking trails, distilleries, breweries, the famous Roscoe Diner, alpaca farms and more. The happy is couple is so excited to be celebrating their love and have a ceremony somewhere that feels like a home away from home. They can not wait for their guests to join them!
