We recommend you fly in and out of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and book a rental car for the ~3.5 hour road trip to Chelan. Hitting the road in the early morning would be ideal to avoid traffic and give you some time to make some stops along the way! Please see the "Things to Do" tab on our website for our recommendations.

We'll be hosting a welcome party in town on Friday, June 14th in addition to the wedding on Saturday, June 15th. Outside of those events, we hope to spend time with everyone around town or at the beach soaking up some sunshine and the beautiful views!

Our wedding will be cocktail attire but keep in mind that the venue is primarily outdoors and partially shaded. We hope to have sunny and ~75-degree weather with a slight drop in the evening between 55-65 degrees.

Although we love your little ones, due to the capacity restrictions of our venue we are only able to accommodate the children of our wedding party at this time. We'd recommend Care.com or SitterCity.com to find some local childcare for the evening of the wedding.

The venues offer overnight parking, and we'd recommend carpooling wherever possible due to limited Taxis/Rideshare services in the area.

Unless "Guest" or the name of your significant other has been clearly indicated on the invitation, we are unable to accommodate additions to our guest list due to capacity restrictions of our venue.
