Vacation Rentals: AirBnB, Vacasa & VRBO
With limited hotels in Chelan, we highly recommend looking on AirBnB, VRBO or Vacasa for vacation rentals between Karma Vineyards and around downtown Chelan (shown on the map above). There are some great places with water views, close proximity to the venue, and could be more economical for larger groups. A few reminders when booking vacation rentals-don't forget to check their cancellation policy, reviews, and added cleaning fees.
Campbell's Resort on Lake Chelan
Campbell's Resort is a great lake-front hotel option about 10 minutes away from the wedding venue and right in the heart of downtown! They are offering a wedding block for both traditional and delxue rooms up to three days before and three days after the wedding date. There is a two-night minimum and pricing will range from $324-$374 per night. To reserve a room, please call Campbell's resort at 1-800-553-8225 and reference the Foster/Zwaschka block and group reservation number of 749505. Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy ranges from one month to seven days so please inquire with the hotel when booking. Let us know if you have any questions!
Campbell's Midtowner Motel
Campbell's Resort has a sister property called the Midtowner Motel. This is a little bit more of an economical option also about 10 minutes away from the wedding venue. They are offering this hotel block pricing for up to three days before and three days after the wedding date. There is a two-night minimum, and pricing will range from $98-108 per night. To reserve a room, please call the Midtowner Motel at 1-800-572-0943 and reference the Foster/Zwaschka block reservation number of 749507. Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy ranges from one month to seven days so please inquire with the hotel when booking. Let us know if you have any questions!
Lakeside Lodge & Suites
Lakeside Lodge is a great option nearby both downtown Chelan and the wedding venue, Karma Vineyards. It's across the street from a lakeside park, offers a swimming pool and is pet friendly (in select rooms). Unfortunately, they do not offer a room block discount but please refer to their website for current prices.
Rental Car
We'd recommend booking a rental car for the ~3.5-hour road trip from Seattle Airport to Chelan. (Avis, Enterprise or Turo) Don't forget to check out the "Things to do" tab for our road trip stops along the way! (hikes, restaurants, viewpoints, etc.)
Route Options
If the weather and time allows, we'd recommend you drive a different route to and from downtown Chelan, creating a loop to see extra sites along the way!
Route 1 blue line : Most direct route from Seattle and primarily on main highways
Route 2 black line : Fairly direct route that takes you through Leavenworth
Route 3 red line : Longest, yet most scenic route with mountain and Diablo Lake views
Be sure to type in Karma Vineyards or your accommodation address as your map destination to give you a more realistic drive time. (Typing in "Chelan" may give an inaccurate time estimate)
