Dress Code

We recommend our guests take the Clipper from Seattle to Victoria Harbor. Summer weekends book out early, so make reservations as soon as possible. Use code KEVINANDMATT2026 for 10% off. If you call the number above to book using our code, agents can do a complimentary upgrade if space is available.&nbsp;

Victoria Clipper

Take a Kenmore Air seaplane from Seattle's Lake Union directly to Victoria Harbor (LKE-YWH). Note: seaplanes often run behind schedule, and are very susceptible to weather delays or cancellations.

Seaplane (Kenmore Air)

Similar to Kenmore Air, Harbor Air operates flights from Lake Union to Victoria Harbor.

Seaplane (Harbor Air)

Take the Victoria (Swartz Bay) ferry from Vancouver (Tsawwassen) by car. Reservations should be made far in advance. Note: the Washington State Ferry from Anacortes to Victoria is currently not operating.

Ferry from Vancouver

Multiple airlines fly to Victoria International Airport (YYJ). There are several rental car companies located at the airport, and the drive to Oak Bay Beach Hotel is approximately 45 minutes.

Travel

Oak Bay Beach Hotel

We recommend our guests stay at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel, where we have the majority of rooms reserved for our wedding weekend. The grooms and wedding party will be staying here, and our Welcome Party Friday will take place at the hotel. Transportation to and from the wedding venue will leave from Oak Bay. To book a room in this room block, use this <a href="https://reservations.travelclick.com/114783?groupID=4759539" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">link</a> or call (800) 668-7758 (reference "Kevin and Matt Wedding Celebration"). Rooms must be booked by July 10 to receive the discounted rate.

Other Hotel Options

There are a number of other hotels in the Victoria area, which guests can book. Note that guests not staying at Oak Bay will either need to Uber/Taxi to and from the wedding venue or to Oak Bay to catch the shuttles.
