For guests who want to stay on castle grounds - we suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure you are staying in the room you prefer& your room is secured. Once the current rooms are booked, we will open more lodge and carriage rooms.

We highly encourage all guests to stay on the castle grounds the day before the wedding (July 2nd) and the day/evening of the wedding (July 3rd). This will be great opportunity to join the bride and groom on all the fun.

Please note: check in is at 3pm when planning on arriving to the castle.

Step 1: Log onto www.kilkeacastle.ie

On the right hand corner of the page click on book a room.

Step 2: Click on Castle for Castle & Carriage Rooms or Lodges for Lodge Bedrooms.

A calendar will appear, there is no need to enter dates here, underneath the date you will see question “Have a Promo Code?”

Please enter the code here.

Step 3: You will need to click the date again as it will only show check out 7.03.2024.

To do this:

Click on “Check in” a calendar will pop up again, click on July 4, 2024.

The date will update now to reflect

check in: 02/07/2024 & check out: 04/07/2024.

Ensure check in and check out dates are correct and click continue.

DATES:

Check-in: July 2nd , 2024/ Checkout: July 4th, 2024

Step 4:

Click on View Available Rooms.

Click on the + sign to add rooms maximum 5 rooms to be booked at any one time

Final Step: Please proceed with booking by entering all details required. Your payment information is required to hold the room BUT your card is charged upon arrival to the castle.

When your booking is complete you will get an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes.

· Ensure ‘Are you Dates Flexible’ is says NO then Click into the ‘Check in Date / Check Out ‘ Date to the left under Book Summary

· Screen when you were originally booking the room will pop up

o Click Search

Step 3: Start the booking process over again (UGH SORRY!!! Working with the Castle to figure out the glitch – thank you so much for your patience)

· Ensure date at the bottom is showing check out date July 4th /Click Next/Continue (scroll down)

Step 4: It will take you to the Booking Summary Page

· Ensure ‘Booking Summary’ Dates are showing check out July 4th at 170euro (per night) rate

Step 5: It will take you Guest Detail page and please fill in name reservation should be under and then continue to personal details

· Final steps would include your name / telephone / email to send reservation confirmation and then entering your payment information

· Final step after payment information is to check ‘I have terms and conditions’ and Click Confirm Booking

· REMINDER: Your card is not charged until you arrive at the castle & if you have not received the confirmation email – please check SPAM or JUNK folder in your email
