Step 2: If you are not seeing DISCOUNT RATE OF 170Euro:

· Ensure ‘Are you Dates Flexible’ is says NO then Click into the ‘Check in Date / Check Out ‘ Date to the left under Book Summary

· Screen when you were originally booking the room will pop up

o Ensure Dates of July 2-July 4 2023

o Ensure Dates Flexible is ‘NO’

o Ensure promo code 124970

o Click Search

Step 3: Start the booking process over again (UGH SORRY!!! Working with the Castle to figure out the glitch – thank you so much for your patience)

· Ensure date at the bottom is showing check out date July 4th /Click Next/Continue (scroll down)

Step 4: It will take you to the Booking Summary Page

· Ensure ‘Booking Summary’ Dates are showing check out July 4th at 170euro (per night) rate

Step 5: It will take you Guest Detail page and please fill in name reservation should be under and then continue to personal details

· Final steps would include your name / telephone / email to send reservation confirmation and then entering your payment information

· Final step after payment information is to check ‘I have terms and conditions’ and Click Confirm Booking

· REMINDER: Your card is not charged until you arrive at the castle & if you have not received the confirmation email – please check SPAM or JUNK folder in your email
