When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 15th, 2025 so you have a guaranteed seat. If we don't hear from you, we will assume you will not be attending.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive at 4:45 pm! If you don't arrive by the time the ceremony starts, you will not be allowed to attend the ceremony so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

All plus ones will be indicated on your invitation. If you do not have a plus one listed on your invite, unfortunately, you may not bring one. We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can I bring my kids?

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, we have decided to make this an adult only occasion, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. Please AVOID wearing pink and white and no jeans, please!

Where can I stay overnight?

There is a hotel block at 2 different hotels: The Yorktowne Hotel and Tru by Hilton York. Check out the "travel" tab for information about accommodations

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

One of the reasons we love our venue is the accessibility to the hotel. The Yorktowne Hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from the venue. Since it is so close in proximity, we will not be having transportation. If you're staying at the Tru by Hilton York, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel. Drive safely! Please reach out to Kimi and Brian if you have any questions.

What is parking going to be like?

There is plenty of parking at our venue. There is a lot directly next to our venue which you can park and keep your car overnight (if you're planning to stay at The Yorktowne Hotel or Ubering).

What is "club hour"?

The last hour of the reception will be a "club hour". During this hour, the music will loud, wild, and uncensored. If this is not your cup of tea, we suggest you plan to leave the reception around 10 pm. But if you're ready to party, get ready!

What should I bring as a gift?

All gifts are greatly appreciated. We have set up several cash funds on the "Registry" tab. We appreciate any contributions to any of the cash funds we have set up. If you'd like to send us money personally, please feel free to contact Kimi and Brian on how to send it.

Who should I contact if I have any more questions?

Please reach out to Kimi (484-515-2343) or Brian (856-236-4577) with any additional questions.
