In an effort to accommodate all of our guests, we have a hotel block reserved at 2 hotels: The Yorktowne Hotel and Tru by Hilton York.
Rooms are first come first serve at The Yorktowne so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible. In the event all rooms are booked at The Yorktowne, you may reserve a room at Tru by Hilton.

Guests can keep their car parked at The Bond (reception venue) overnight and walk 5 minutes around the corner to check in at the hotel. Please note, there is a charge to park at the hotel.

Guests who are not able to book at room at the Yorktowne can book a room at Tru by Hilton York. This hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the venue (driving). Parking and a hot breakfast is complimentary.
