A block of rooms has been reserved under "The Korolyk Wedding". these rooms will be held until 1 month prior to the event. The rooms have been reserved from 21-23 Jul 16, for those guests travelling from out of town. A special rate of $140.00 has also been obtained.

Overnight guests may stay in one of the following: Tent Site: $22 + tax per person, Open Bunkhouse: $35.00 + tax per person, Individual Room in Cabin: $45.00 + tax per person. Please call the farm to reserve. A non-refundable payment is required at time of booking.

 Shower facilities provided.

 Guests are responsible for bringing their own sleeping bag and pillow. Guests will be asked to put their gear in the back of the Hatfield Farm Inc. truck (parked at the bottom of the lane next to the parking lot) then make their way up the lane to the office. Hatfield Farm Inc. staff will drive everyone's overnight gear back to Fort Clayton.

 Guests staying in a trailer will be asked to park in the parking lot and make their way up the lane to the office. They will be taken back to Fort Clayton by horse drawn wagon for the ceremony. After the ceremony, a Hatfield Farm Inc. staff member will drive them to the parking lot and then escort them back to Fort Clayton to show them where to park their trailer. We provide electricity only and guests must provide their own electrical cord.

 Guests will not be allowed entrance to Fort Clayton any earlier than 5:00 pm.

 Breakfast is included in the cost of overnight accommodations.
