Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Kwyn's grandparent's property at 1540 Whalebone Dr., Kalispell, MT 59901. The ceremony and reception will take place in the pasture behind their house. It's a natural field so expect uneven ground, possible gopher holes, trimmed wheat grass, etc. Comfortable, reliable shoes are encouraged! Ample free parking will be available onsite. Our wedding will be outdoors in a field so please dress nicely but comfortably! Dresses, skirts, dress pants, dress shorts, nice trousers and collared shirts are encouraged. Please no denim or activewear. We kindly request guests refrain from wearing white (of any shade), dusty rose and sage green as these are the bridal party colors. Montana summers are often hot but unpredictable. Keep an eye on the weather leading up to the event and dress accordingly. The field could have uneven ground and holes so high heels beware! Avoid anything with a pointy stiletto or that's difficult to balance in.

The ceremony begins promptly at 5 p.m. Please arrive early to find seating. There will be a short, partly-uphill walk from the parking area to the ceremony (the earlier you arrive, the closer you can park ;))

Due to venue capacity and other various limitations we can’t host any additional guests whose names aren't listed when you RSVP online. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named when RSVP'ing.

NEVER!!! The reception will start with cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m.; the reception ends at 11 p.m.

Dinner will be catered by Porteus BBQ and will include beef tri-tip, mac & cheese, baked potato, green salad and corn bread. And of course DESSERT!

We love and appreciate that you would like to take pictures to remember our special day. We absolutely encourage picture taking, but please be courteous of our photographers. Please refrain from stepping in front of a photographer or using too much flash, as these can disrupt the professional photographs. We will also have a photo opp station set up for you to snap away at your heart's desire!

In short - DUH! We will have an open bar with a variety of wine, beer and hard seltzers! Hard alcohol will be limited to two signature cocktail options (feel free to bring your own liquor if that's your preference).

Kalispell is a big small town, so things like Uber and Lyft are a bit different than a city. We recommend rental cars over fighting for the limited rideshare drivers. Plus, if you plan to do some sight seeing while you're here, you're definitely going to want to drive.

Kalispell has its own airport (code FCA). The airlines that fly into Kalispell include Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Sun Country, and United. The next closest airport is Missoula (MSO), which is a two hour (very pretty) drive from Kalispell. For our Arizona friends - We recommend looking into flying Allegiant to Kalispell out of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. It is the only direct flight and is usually much more affordable, HOWEVER, it only flies twice a week, so flights are limited and may not fit with your travel plans. You can also fly directly from Mesa to Missoula on Allegiant and the flight dates may fit your travel plans better if you're ok with the extra driving. Of course, there are many more options flying out of Sky Harbor, they just aren't direct and often cost more.

Kwyn is SO excited for you to see her hometown. Kalispell is a popular summer tourist destination with Glacier National Park and Flathead Lake located nearby. Please refer to the Things to Do section for her recommendations.
