Our Story
Our Beginnings
Once upon a time, 6 years ago, Eddie and Kylie met at a Halloween Party in Whittier, CA. She was dressed as Dwight from The Office and he was dressed as 'Macho Man' Randy Savage. Eddie approached Kylie and playfully joked about her costume. She was intrigued but refused to give her number. Not wanting to give up that easily, Eddie asked for her phone, dialed his number, and pressed send.
Four months later, Kylie drove six hours from UC Davis so they could finally go on their first date; sushi and the 80's bar in Fullerton.
Our Middle
The middle was full of growing pains. We spent some time as friends, some time together and some time apart. We travelled a lot between California and Colorado to see eachother. People thought we were crazy and maybe we were a little. It was worth it. Truly I, Kylie, knew that we'd make our way back somehow. It was always the right person just the wrong time.
Now and Forever
From the time of our comeback at the end of 2021, we've been all in. After graduating, I moved back to Colorado and we dated for a almost a year until Eddie started looking for jobs here. At the beginning of 2023, Eddie took a leap of faith and accepted a job in Ouray, Colorado.
We finally became an in person couple on April 10th, 2023. Since then we've had a lot of fun exploring Colorado, hiking and checking out new breweries. We're excited to build our home together in Ouray. Thank you to all our friends and family that have supported us along the way. We look forward to celebrating with you in October.
