The first week of October is an extremely popular time of year to visit Western Colorado, so please look into lodging as soon as you can. We have listed a few lodging recommendations below and of course there's always Airbnb. If you'd like to venture beyond Montrose, we recommend the historic Western Hotel in Ouray or Hotel Palamino in Ridgway.
Montrose Regional Airport is the closest to the venue. However, there are little to no direct flight options. If you don't mind driving an hour and a half to Montrose, Grand Junction has some direct flight options. Look into Breeze Airlines which flys Thursdays and Sundays in and out of Grand Junction.
